How can I limit SSHd to accept only SSHv2 connections?

We all know that SSHv1 is flawed and cracked, so it would be nice to prevent such SSHv1 connections. Simply edit /etc/ssh/ssh_config and change the line

Protocol 2, 1

to be:

Protocol 2
