Why does Microsoft Word keep complaining that the text file I open "isn't a valid web-archive"?

if a text file has the words MIME-VERSION then Microsoft Word will complain that the file "isn't a valid web-archive". Just put a space somewhere in MIME-VERSION with another editor, and restore it when you're done using Word's features.
