My eclipse refuses to save after I upgraded it!

Eclipse doesn't save, with error:

Save Failed
Save Failed:org.eclipse.core.internal.localstore.HistoryStore2.<init>
(Lorg/eclipse/core/internal/resources/Workspace;Lorg/eclipse/core/runtime/IPath;I)V

This is because you installed Eclipse into an existing install directory, instead of unpacking a fresh install (into a new directory, or deleting the old files)
