What are the settings to dial a cable modem from a WRT54GS?

PPTP Settings:
x.x.x.x (this is an IP you get from setting the WRT54GS to DHCP for a minute.)
255.240.0.0
172.26.255.245 (this is Netvision's PNS server)

Username: <user> (no @INetvision!)
Password: <pass>
Set it to keep-alive!

Finally, you should change the IP you got to be static (just call HOT and ask, it takes about 1 second.)
