How do I move the mouse pointer in X Windows using only the keyboard?

Well, assuming the X Server couldn't find a mouse, it might print something like "Can't find mouse. Winging it with the keyboard instead.". Then you can use the keypad arrows to move the pointer, and the keypad 5 to press the mouse button. Press another key to speed up movement (hold down CTRL or SHIFT). This is configurable.
