Allowing non-administrator to add computers into a Windows2000 domain

Within the new Active Directory system introduced in Windows 2000, you can Delegate Control of various tasks to groups of users within the domain, without having to allow them full and unrestricted access to the domain. To allow a group or a user to join new computers to a domain, simply open the "User and Sites Manager for Active Directory" and right-click on the item called "Computers". Select "Delegate Control", and choose "Join a Domain" from the task list. If it doesn't appear in the task list, try right-clicking on the domain itself instead.
