Why don't perl scripts work in Gaim on Win32?

Assuming you have ActiveState Perl already installed (and the perlXX.dll file is in the PATH, make sure the script uses the correct plugin-API for the version of gaim you're using. The "Signals" for Gaim changed around version 0.95. And the Perl plugins go into the same dir as the pre-compiled ones (DLL, SO, etc.)
