How can I make use of Centralized Contacts in Skype?

As of version 1.2 of Skype, all the contacts you have will get stored in their central server, and fetched when you log in.

If you've upgraded, please explicitly log out and log in again to force the contacts to refresh (in case you're running it from more than one location - and the contacts had become unsyncronized.)
