The Palm has a problem doing a Network Hotsync of files from an external flash memory. Odds are, the Documents To Go conduit it trying to transfer something from there. So first move all the files from your external flash to your internal memory, and then remove the memory card from the slot. The Network Hotsync should work just fine.
