Why is my 90°-rotated monitor looking fuzzy? Why can't I auto-adjust it?

Doing auto-adjust on the monitor when it is 90° rotated doesn't always work (sometimes some of the lines are blurred) mostly because the auto-adjust doesn't have enough lines that it thinks are vertical to adjust correctly. Just rotate the image, do auto-adjust and re-rotate. Should work. (Or try a test-pattern of black&white alternating contained sequares, or just horizontal lines - look at Magic Tune's Calibration setup, under the Color tab, to see an example)

I've also found the tiled Windows "Feather" background, to work.
