Which audio/video formats does the Nokia 5230 support?

Audio: AAC, AMR (NB-AMR), MP3
Video: 3GPP formats [H.263]

I used the Nokia Multimedia Converter with Video set to QCIF (176x144), at 15 FPS, 64Kbps, and Audio set to AMR (don't use WB-AMR, it doesn't work!) at 12Kbps and above.
